The chair arrived 3 days after I ordered. I was contacted the day before delivery via email to confirm delivery window. The chair arrived in good condition and is very comfortable. I would buy from this company again if I needed more office furniture.

Great experience. New chair arrived quickly, exactly the specs ordered. Email/customer service was prompt and excellent. Delivery was courteous and the driver was very helpful whilst also maintaining Covid protocols.

Really impressive quality of service from Wellworking. I bought it on Monday and they had delivered by Friday in their own van. I received regular updates on the status of my order and had an one hour delivery window. The chair itself (Herman Miller Mirra 2) is brilliant and was sold from Wellworking at a discount over other websites. I would have no issue recommending this company to anyone and will certainly buy from them again if I need to.

The customer service team was very responsive and quick to help. The chair was delivered on day 2 of ordering, adhering to all social distancing guidelines. The delivery person was very friendly and assembled the chair for me in their vehicle before taking it to me.

The Chair was delivered within two days, everything was confirmed by email, and when I called there was someone there to answer promptly The delivery was well organised and to the time slot specified. Obviously with Covid, we had to be distanced, not a problem, I was given a talk through of the chairs new features ( I have one of the old ones ). The chair is beautiful....and comfortable....I'm spending a lot of time on it.. Thank you , TW

Second time we've bought from them. Great service. Chair delivered next day, driver unpacked in van and took away the packaging which was super-helpful. Very good selection, wanted a top-quality office chair without arms and they had the perfect choice.

Ordered one day arrived the next. Delivery was contact free, chair was pre assembled, packaging was taken away and delivery driver took time to point out a couple of features. Chair is as expected. I would recommend.
