I was willing to pay slightly more for my Herman Miller chair for the ability to have a free return service with WellWorking, and it was definitely the right decision. I was able to buy 2 of the same chair in different colours to see which one I preferred, knowing that I could freely send one back. The service was impeccable — very communicative at every step, friendly and efficient delivery and return. Will most definitely use their service again in the future.

Service was excellent. I received helpful and honest advice when I phoned up. My chair arrived very quickly, it was as described on the website and the delivery driver helpfully lifted it into the hall. I was very pleased the chair was a already assembled. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a custom spec, non stock RH 400 chair for my son, and got the delivery a day earlier than quoted. All good. The whole experience from the ordering to the delivery was very positive, customer focused, responsive, caring. This chair is so perfect, and very reasonably priced at Wellworking. This is the 3rd one I bought from them since 2014 as everyone in the family wants one.

Our 2nd office chair from Wellworking in the last 12 months for our home office. Excellent chairs and excellent service. I have suffered from shoulder and back pain for several years after long stints at the PC and knew it was my old chair. The ergonomics of our new chairs have made a critical difference. I would strongly recommend.

I was extremely pleased that I used Wellworking as I was buying a relatively expensive chair and I considered the customer service, pricing, availability and speed of delivery to be equally important. Wellworking really did well in all areas and I was particularly impressed with the personal 24 hour delivery that was COVID conscious. I am delighted with the Herman Miller Sayl chair too!
