“Fantastic customer service, and super fast shipping. I ordered and within the same day it was packed and on its way. I live on the West Coast USA and the strap arrived from the UK in three days with their express shipping. That’s faster than most stuff ships and arrives from the USA. The quality of the strap lives up to the price. It caught the eye of a friend who is not into watches and he was amazed at the quality, look, etc.. “I bought the WatchGecko Classic Retro Stainless Steel Watch Strap in IP Black 18 mm to fit with my black Casio MQ-27 watch which normally comes with a rubber strap, which I'm not a big fan of. This watch strap elevates the watch and definitely makes it feel more premium while wearing it. Couldn't be happier! Also big thumbs up to the customer service that sent a separate invoice to me after checking the availability of the strap, where they found one remaining in stock, even though the website said it was out of stock!”
