“This company sell well made quality straps. In fact, I liked them so much that between straps and watches from them and Geckota, I must have spent around $2,000 with the combined companies. Yet, they get perturbed, and offend me by accusing me of cheating them because two of my orders got lost. Are they not in the internet sales business? Well, lost items and returns are part of the business. Ask Amazon. And to boot, they refuse to replace the second lost one - a blue Dartford that shipped via Royal Mail, purportedly 8 weeks ago. I guess their hubris has no boundary. What a disappointment! And this was my go-to outfit for straps. I'm the one who feels cheated. Thanks for the special treatment to a loyal customer, WatchGecko.”

“I despise all these watch strap companies drop shipping Ali Express stuff from China with a front office somewhere in Europe. Honestly cannot believe just wasted nearly $80 on Ali Express straps. If it isnt Ali Express straps, its amazing how bad these are for the price. Watch Gecko is the MVMT/DW of watch straps. Go get from Holbens, cheaper and better.”

“I ordered a watch strap which is shipped without delay. Upon receiving the courier company demanded custom charges which were twice the amount of strap because watchgecko addressed it to my company instead of me. It was treated as corporate shipment by the customs department. I refused to accept delivery and immediately informed watchgecko and they kind of refused to accept it was their mistake. I even showed them how thier shipping documents are different from the invoice they emailed me. They courier also contacted them to point out the their mistake but they refused to accept and instead asked them to destroy the package. I have sent multiple emails afterwards to get my money back, no response as of yet. I can post all they evidence to support my case.”

Thanks for taking the time to post a review, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. However, we would like to take this opportunity to remind buyers based outside of the EU that they may be liable for customs charges and additional tax when their orders arrive in their country. This is stated on our website and we advise buyers to check the situation locally before they order if they are concerned about any local taxes that may be applied. In this case I can confirm that we shipped the order to the business address that was provided, however it was not delivered and you have been refunded in full.

We offer free delivery for all orders to the UK and USA. In addition to this we offer a standard delivery option and an express fully tracked delivery service which is available as an upgrade on all orders.
