“The team, shipping, and presentation were fine. However, as mentioned in my review, the strap is very uncomfortable and lifts the watch head. Since I had to put it on the watch, I cannot return it. Regardless, shipping it to the UK will only make me spend more money. I’m very disappointed”

“The watch came quicker than expected and was well packaged. No complaints about the condition of the watch. Despite being like new, it certainly looked new! My only complaint is that I REALLY wanted the cream/gold colored dial, but that version had been listed as "Sold Out" for several months before my purchase. However, on a recent visit to the WatchGecko site (just one month after purchasing my watch), the cream version showed as having 3 "in stock". Kind of disappointing since that's the one I really wanted. I wish I could exchange.”

“Ordered 2 NATO straps on 12/23/24. Package was received at the Los Angeles USPS 12/25/24 via tracking and I still have not received the package. Will probably request a refund if I don’t get the package in a timely manner from this point. Was excited to use your product but am becoming disappointed. Thanks Nick T.”
