“My package was lost thanks to the insanity of Christmas. Customer service was extremely polite and quick to respond. Natasha gave me options on what I’d like to do and I wanted the strap. She made sure to make up for lost time waiting for the lost package and I received it quickly despite international shipping. Very impressive service”
