“In the past i ordered several metal and nato straps from them. It was always fantastic quality, especially the jubilee solid metal straps, i own now two of them in different sizes. Also the Rivet berwick vintage heritage strap is a class on it's own, i love it. Also the service is to be recommend, i had in the past some questions what strap would fit best to several watch styles, and i always got good and fast Feedback. I also bought a g-02 diver that is excellent Look and quality Overall, but i had to contact the Service because there was a small issue - seems the watchmaker had one Minute break between setting hour and minute hand, so the hour hand was at 6, but minute hand was one minute past. I kindly asked if there would be a correction possible, and i got very fast response with several options, now i am 100% satisfied even in case of any help needed. All in all i can recommend the watchgecko Shop, and give 5 stars for quality and service.”

“First order from the Gecko. Next day delivery, all in logo packaging and with complimentary spring bars (for the strap changes) and complimentary cleaning cloth. Quality, attention to detail and perfect. Very much appreciated. Oh, and the straps were beautiful. Highly recommended and fantastic customer service.”

“I ordered a watch strap which is shipped without delay. Upon receiving the courier company demanded custom charges which were twice the amount of strap because watchgecko addressed it to my company instead of me. It was treated as corporate shipment by the customs department. I refused to accept delivery and immediately informed watchgecko and they kind of refused to accept it was their mistake. I even showed them how thier shipping documents are different from the invoice they emailed me. They courier also contacted them to point out the their mistake but they refused to accept and instead asked them to destroy the package. I have sent multiple emails afterwards to get my money back, no response as of yet. I can post all they evidence to support my case.”

Thanks for taking the time to post a review, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. However, we would like to take this opportunity to remind buyers based outside of the EU that they may be liable for customs charges and additional tax when their orders arrive in their country. This is stated on our website and we advise buyers to check the situation locally before they order if they are concerned about any local taxes that may be applied. In this case I can confirm that we shipped the order to the business address that was provided, however it was not delivered and you have been refunded in full.

“I ordered a Kirkstead metal strap from WatchGecko, because I've seen how well it fits a Sarb033, which I happen to own. The shipment was said to be 7-28 days with international shipping, but surprisingly I reseived my new metal strap only 2 days after ordering!! That's just unbelievable! The Kirkstead is very good quality and fits the Sarb033 even better than expected! If I am ever in need og a new strap in any sort, I will definitely buy it from WatchGecko!!”
