“After some quality issues with a Collingham bracelet (a faulty pin), they offered me a higher level and pricier model (Diver's Warrington) with no extra charges, as replacement, which arrived in to me in a couple of days. The new bracelet became my new favourite since then, looks great and sits very comfortable on my wrist. I'm very pleased how their customer service handled my case.”

“One of the best (if not the best) online straps, watches and accesories shops ever! Plus, excellent reviews and articles on anything watches. Those guys know and love their business. Their straps are outstanding value: excellent quality at more than reasonable prices. Their watches are no nonsense beautiful pieces, in the best watchmaking tradition... and you don't have to sell one of your kidneys to grab one of them. No wonder I keep ordering from them... because on top of it all, their shipping is lightning fast and their customer service is top notch. I am a very happy customer, yes! Totally recommendable!”

“I despise all these watch strap companies drop shipping Ali Express stuff from China with a front office somewhere in Europe. Honestly cannot believe just wasted nearly $80 on Ali Express straps. If it isnt Ali Express straps, its amazing how bad these are for the price. Watch Gecko is the MVMT/DW of watch straps. Go get from Holbens, cheaper and better.”

“I recently ordered the WatchGecko vintage Bond nato strap and received it yesterday. It is by far the best looking version of this strap and pairs perfectly with my Orient Mako XL. I have ordered this vintage bond version of the strap from another vendor but returned it. It just didn't look right in-person and on my wrist. I ended up exchanging it for the other Bond black/grey strap offered by that vendor. In addition, the email correspondence was timely and the speed of free delivery from UK to New York City was exactly 7 days. Thank you”
