“Had some problems with straps that arrived damaged. Couldn't say if it was a quality issue or too much pressure while shipping (or bad packaging). But Natasha from your support team always answered fast and offered solutions, for example the replacement i got was packaged much better and the strap arrived in perfect condition.”
