“Outstanding service from start to finish. I bought a Simple Handmade Italian Leather strap which, through no fault of WatchGecko’s, gave my skin a bad reaction. I emailed support not really expecting much, and Natasha came back to me promptly, helpfully, and with real care — including on a Saturday evening, which I certainly wasn’t expecting. She arranged a replacement Breakwater FKM Rubber strap straight away, told me not to bother returning the original, and took the time to explain which materials are kinder to sensitive skin so I’d avoid the same problem in future. No quibbling, no hoops to jump through, just a quick and genuinely kind resolution. The products are excellent and the customer service is even better. I’ll be back, and I’d recommend WatchGecko without hesitation. This company was at the top of my AI search and justifiably so.”

“This watch comes in two variants, one with Arabic Numerals, the other with Indices - I chose the wrong one of the two,online, it was totally my mistake. WatchGeko told me to return the watch, and they would send out the watch I wanted. No extra charges. Thank you for flawless, quick and kind service Mark”
