“I have shopped with Vesternet before, and even though they are in a different country from me, they were very professional, prompt, accurate, and good at communicating. My options in my own country are very poor, having been shipped an inferior item than ordered and repeatedly lied to by this domestic online vendor of Z-Wave products, such that I had to proceed to small claims court and prevailed. So I've returned to Vesternet with great enthusiasm!”

“I previously wrote a poor review about asking a pre-purchase question using the web cha which advised a response in about 10 minutes. After waiting four hours I gave up and tried to ring during the opening hours on the website - only to get a recorded message saying that they were closed..... Anyway, I got a response to the question on the Monday morning.”

“I wanted an answer to a question before I purchased. I used the chat function on the web page and asked my question. I was advised you usually replied in about 10 minutes, but I waited over four hours and no on answered me. On the Saturday I rang to ask the question (on the website it said they were open) but the recorded message said that they were shut and to ring on Monday. Not happy. I found the answer elsewhere and purchased elsewhere.”
