“The original product had a manufacturing issue. The manufacture confirmed the issue and Vesternet have shipped replacements. Very satisfied with Vesternet's service.”

“First time order: Item showing on stock - Ordered. Order Confirmed. Within an hour received email: item not in stock and can't tell when back in stock. Sorry Vesternet this is not good enough - Ordered via Amazon, should have done so in the first place. FE In response to Vesternet's accusation that my review violates Trustpilot's guidelines: On 09/09/2020 I did another search on Vesternet's website and the device was showing as being in stock. Emailed screen shot to David Bell at Vesternet. His reply, I quote: "That's either a cached version or it's referencing a version of the device which a user has customised." Hm... I am happy to share my Vesternet email communications with a TrustPilot representative.”

“I have shopped with Vesternet before, and even though they are in a different country from me, they were very professional, prompt, accurate, and good at communicating. My options in my own country are very poor, having been shipped an inferior item than ordered and repeatedly lied to by this domestic online vendor of Z-Wave products, such that I had to proceed to small claims court and prevailed. So I've returned to Vesternet with great enthusiasm!”
