“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rang 4 times, on hold for 2 hours in total, cut off 3 times, then told cant renew due to offices closing 2 hours after i had been on the phone”
“Never use this company again, absolutely unprofessional been trying to sort my renewal, unhelpful hung the phone up on me while I'm speaking very poor customer service, I was thinking of renewing my policy with them to save myself from going through the process of new application etc, but now after the 3 days of messing around I will not be renewing with vavista”
