“I would have given -5 stars if that was an option but unfortunately there isn't one.
Since I went with this company, they did not tell me from the very beginning the policy will be funded through a finance company so I ended up with a finance account on my credit file which isn't what I ever wanted. Then 2 times I have tried to change my car as I wanted to buy new one, and both times they came back to me saying the insurer does not want to insure me on the new vehicle both times and I had 3 months left to the renewal always paid on time and everything so if I were to cancel I would lose all these period I was with them and lose my built no claim bonus with these guys.
Also the assistants on the phone all the time very rude and bored of their job, I suggest them to change their life if they're not happy with it. And finally in the middle of my time with them, I have been noticed they have been bought by some other company and there is nothing I can do if I am not happy with it just carry on with the new one. Don't choose them guys, there is plenty options out there, you will regret it with these guys.”
“RIP OFF! Staff has bad attitude! Bought car insurance and they wanted the paper part of the driving licence??who has that these days ?? so they cancelled it, tried to reinstate it 12hrs later and they said you owe us £180 for the 2 weeks!!!”
“Sold my car so no longer needed insurance. After i cancelled, the fee was equivalent to 4 minths worth of payments. I didnt even know I was insured with these until I tried calling Debenhams. Operator was patronising and I will not be returning to this company”
