“I've just got covered by Valvista but in in all my years dealing with Insurance companies i know it can be a bureaucratic nightmare. The process with these guy,s ( opps excuse me for being sexiest ), was quick with minimal bureaucratic nonsense.

“Where do I start
1) trying to get thorough to them on the phone is a mission on its own,the automatic service justice keeps repeating over and over.
2) when I did get through to speak to someone they took my details then they cut me off after 6mins before completing the query with me.
3) I still can't get through after trying several times over a 1hour period
4)I wish I had never taken out a policy with them, I would have given them no stars if I could have done so”
