“The parcel has turned up in the worst condition I’ve ever seen”

Can you please reach out to our customer service team and let us know if the product has been damaged or was it just the box that took the brunt of the damage. We do our best to package all goods well to avoid any damage from the couriers while in transit. So hopefully the box did its job on this occasion! If the product is indeed damaged, please let us know by contacting our customer service team who would me more than happy to rectify this for you. We do always recommend to refuse the parcel with the courier drivers if the item looks badly damaged. And then call us straight away so we can organize a replacement for you. “Nice panels but the sticky stuff on panels useless not sticky enough not thick enough very annoying and upsetting as they were not cheap”

“I am extremely unhappy with the service I received.I was sent the wrong side Rails to accompany the cross Rails that I ordered on the Thursday.I contacted the sales team and provided them with photos and order number to prove that I had been sent the wrong one.I was promised on the Friday morning that I would be sent the correct side Rails that day, alas they never arrived.I then contacted the company again on Monday morning only to be told that I would not be receiving the replacement items until Tuesday.I then received the Rails on the Tuesday and proceeded to fit them,I was disappointed that 6 grommets and 2 of the screws were missing.I also had to ask how the ladder stops should be fitted as there was no instruction on the fitting sheet how to do this.I was going to recommend my friend to buy a rack from this company but I wouldn't now.I am pleased with the product,but unfortunately not with the service I have received.V Lampitt.”

“Sent incorrect item, would then not send my item at time and date that suited me. took time off work to receive new delivery. No compensation offered so have to raise complaint and may have to take to small claims adding to the stress already. I would not recommend your company at all.”

“I ordered cross bars for my be caddy van gave details year etc paid for them received them they aren’t the right ones they are 4” to long and brackets won’t fit my roof bars have sent emails but to no available”

“Bought transit custom rear spoiler Colour match was good but the shape & actual finish after install was disappointing in the profile to actually fire the correct profile of the rear doors where they are meant to be fitted to, my opinion waste of money, go els where to get better fit & end result, good luck with buying from this site”
