Despite leaving directions twice and somebody being here everyday my parcel never arrived and has been sent back !

Hello Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. When orders come through we upload all address information provided to the courier. However some addresses may be harder to find, so any details to aid in this can be provided to our sales team or in the order notes section when completing the order. On this occasion both the courier and our sales team did call to ask for more information regarding your address. But no more information was given to aid in the delivery of your parcel. Customer ordered his item during the Xmas period to be delivered to Northern Ireland. Under normal circumstances delivery to NI addresses can take 3-5 business days. However due to busy times such as holidays this can delay shipping times. Customer didn't want to wait for this so asked us to cancel the order. We had to arrange with the courier to send the item back. A full refund was issued for the customer as he had cancelled his order. We always strive for our orders to be delivered on time, but due to certain holidays or other busy periods this can be affected. Please always reach out to us for any time frames, tracking info or other questions regarding shipments.

cheap material, 3 piddly little brackets, when you stand on it the boards bend, instructions are useless, you have 9 blurry pictures of I don’t even know what I’m looking at, all in all I’ll give you a whopping 1 star because you keep spamming me to leave a review and so I have. Wish I never bought these silly running boards

Dear Harrison, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We appreciate customers like you who share their experiences with us. We would like to further assist with this issue. Could you please send some pictures of how and where you are fitting the brackets to the vehicle, so we can get our fitting technician to inspect this, and offer advice. The running boards we offer have been weight tested up to 150kgs. When fitted correctly you will get a sturdy fitting and boards that do not bend when you stand on them. Having 3 brackets per side on the VW Tiguan is plenty enough to ensure that the boards are usable to stand on. If you can get in contact with our customer service team, we are confident we can get to the bottom of this for you and help in the correct fitting of your sidesteps. Best regards, TVA Styling

I purchased a set of steps for my 2017 discovery two years ago. For reasons of ill health, these were never fitted. We recently asked our mechanic to fit the kit for us and I believe they were in touch with you for clearer instructions. I understand you refused to provide assistance as this kit was no longer available. Despite being Land Rover specialists they commented that after laying out the kit they still could not figure it out. So I have a kit I can't fit myself and a mechanic that can't do it either plus a supplier that won't help. I would guess the steps will end up in the skip unused. What a waste of money. If I had realised that the kit came with a complex, difficult and unintelligible fitting system I would not have bought it. I think your website could be much clearer on that point. I have only given you one star as there is no option for zero.

The roof bars didn’t fit to the width of my musso ssang yong I bought them as advertised to fit this vehicle and year so disappointed

Have been forced to keep this item against my will, as I would have lost money returning it. Not happy at all with the customer service, especially hiding behind terms and conditions.

Items ordered that are being returned due to a change of mind, or you simply do not want anymore are generally up to the customer to send back for a refund. Arrived damaged , sent email to report damage . Received reply stating " it will be fine " . Top customer service?? Guess I will be paying to have it repaired then !!! Shame as the part looks good .

Appalling service. Was sold a part that isn’t fit for purpose and confirmed by a garage that it would fail an MOT and when I reported back to the company they told me it was my fault and the product was fine. Just to add to it, they were arrogantly rude about it too. Avoid at all costs.

My first order with them was a 6 piece dash kit for my Trafic van. Order was was delivered in the stated time but that is all that was good about it. The dash kit which has a adhesive backing had come off it waxy protective backing and stuck in places to the paper instructions, making them unusable and fitting them I had to use glue. Also one part was missing so was a 5 piece kit. I sent a email to mention the above but no reply so had to send it again s few days later. There reply was they have not got the piece that was missing as it was a the last item. Also never replied to the items falling off the backing card. Basically they sent out to me what looked like a customers return and the above mentioned could have been easily spotted and myself contracted to see if I would except the item in that condition.... Which I wouldn't. Overall the transaction was poor and I will never use them again.. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Wrong bar sent, missing parts, someone else return sent to me, sent out a replacement bar, but this was damaged and not usable. Whole order sent back as not fit for purpose. Only refunded cost of item and not postage. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Hello Paul, We are sorry to hear about the issue you had. The first item sent did have some missing parts which we agreed to send out straight away. But unfortunately this was damaged in transit. We agreed with the customer to collect everything back at no cost to him, and a full refund was issued. So there was no cost incurred for the collection and the item, plus original postage was refunded in full. We do our best to prevent issues like this happening, but on occasion items can get damaged in transit, or parts may be missing from a kit but we always strive to work with the customer for the best possible outcome. I bought some running boards for my car. I stated which model they was for and the boards that was sent out was the wrong ones for my model. I phoned up to ask about returning them and they said they was definitely the ones to fit my car but i explained they wouldn't fit. They told me i had to send them back to get a refund which cost me £56. When i got my refund off them there was no postage costs refund. I ended up being £80 out of pocket because of there mistake. There not helpful at all.

Mis-sold side steps that they stated were compatible with my vehicle. Spent lots of money and time trying to fit them. Eventually, I paid for a mechanic, only to be told it was impossible for the item to be fitted. Avoid this retailer!!

Hello Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We sold the side steps in August 2022. You reached out to us almost a year later with needing help with fitting the side steps. We did offer to assist with the fitting of the product, providing pictures and assistance from our qualified fitting technicians. However we do recommend always checking with our sales team to make sure the correct item is ordered for your vehicle. And then checking the combability of the goods within the allotted returns period so that we can assist in sorting any issues out. We did on this occasion allow the item to be returned if in still good condition and not damaged. They were returned but the item wasn't packaged well and the item arrived back very damaged, so we could not issue a refund as the product was so badly damaged. But you can make a claim with your chosen courier company for compensation. To avoid issues like this we recommend ensuring the item is packaged correctly to avoid any damage in transit. We will provide assistance with the proof of the damage to make your claim with the courier. Please contact our customer service team for any further assistance. Kind regards TVA

Delivery came open and and damaged. Not there fault I appreciate, initially the response was good to out problem. Very prompt. However, after requesting the items again, as I still have the same two vans I need to fit roof bars to. I have not had a response. See what what next week brings

as regards to the roof rack both packages were open, parts missing not very happy, but my fault for not checking thoroughly when they arrived Parts missing (washers, no sponge pads fittings between rack and van, 6 finishing plugs instead of 8) Delivery was on time no faults from delivery persons but as I say packages were badly wrapped or damaged in delivery thank you Trade Van for your reply.

Ordered first spoiler arrived quickly but box and spoiler damaged beyond use it was very poorly packed and the parcel company damaging the box and contents didn't help....so I send pictures to trade van accessories no problem send it back we will send another spoiler second spoiler arrived box undamaged upon opening found most of the securing tape missing or torn off basically it appeared the spoiler had been fitted to another vehicle before so I complained again sent photos this time to be told there is nothing wrong with it that's how the spoilers are supplied sometimes and I either accept it or take a full refund...I chose the full refund. I suggest your staff couldn't care less and throw anything in the box poorly pack it and then supplied substandard goods twice all in all trade van accessories you failed and I suggest people check anything they buy very carefully or not bother with this company full stop. The spoiler design is lovely painted lovely it's just packing and delivery have let the company down such a shame I'm beyond disappointed ☹️

We do our best to package these to ensure this doesn't happen in the first place. But unfortunately on occasion items can get damaged while in the hands of the couriers. We can ensure you we do not send out items that have been fitted to other vehicles. The spoilers we sell, some of the older stock come with a tape and the newer stock does not. The tape is not used in the fitting of the spoilers as it is not adequate for fitting the spoiler. It could be your second order was one of these from the newer stock. Both fit just fine, with or without tape as it is the adhesive is needed to fit these spoilers.
