“Really helpful on the phone before I placed the order, side steps arrived ok but a little slower than advertised at time of purchase. Steps seem good although instructions could have been clearer and they needed some minor tweaks to get a good fit.”

“I phoned and ordered roof bars for my car. They arrived a few days later and i put them on. They are robust and a good fit, they look as if they are oem part and dont make any extra wind noise. Turtle air bars for Peugeot 2008”

“The under grip doesn't go far under the longitudinal bar suggesting it's a 'fit-all' rather than specific to the Skoda Yeti. The rubber grips are loose on the plastic parts making them easy to drop off. I've secured them with a spot of glue. There is insufficient instruction as to the purpose of the smaller screws. The instructions fail to say you need a mallet to adjust the gripping parts to the cross-bars.”

“Sent wrong colour the offered a £20 discount if I kept them ! Waited another 2 days for the chrome to turn up. No apology! Bolts were not long enough to reach the bars from the brackets so had to acquire my own. Either the brackets or bars were obviously wrong ! If I wasn’t mechanically minded they would have been useless.”

“The side bars I ordered have been sub standard Replacement bars received where also sub standard , let’s hope the bars in transit where quality checked”

We had a small quantity of bars from our supplier that had some manufacturing faults, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. These have been removed from stock levels. “Ordered roof rails and 3 bars for Ford Transit custom. Package arrived with 1 foot clamp for bars missing. Contacted customer service and missing item sent out promptly by Royal Mail. Overall great service and good quality product.”

“Don't know what to say except I pleased with my purchase. I ordered a spoiler for my transit custom tailgate and that's what I got 😀 well constructed, millimeter perfect in fit, shiny and not a mark on it. Fitting it was super easy with an extra pair of hands to help me. A nice feature of the installation was a pre fitted strip of squishy foam tape around the perimeter of the area to be glued ensuring surplus bonding adhesive doesn't squish out beyond the desired area. The only setback encountered was that the tube of adhesive didn't have a nozzle with it, but I got a pack of nozzles for a quid from screwfix easily enough so no harm there. Overall I am super pleased with the spoiler.”
