“Everything ordered is very good quality and received quickly thank you 😊 1 area for improvement on delivery one of the quick wax spray bottles had lost its spray top therefore leaked into the box, so the box had a big hole in it but luckily nothing was lost except that 1 bottle of product! The tops of liquid containers either need wrapping separately or be taped up. Many thanks Steve 🙏🏼”

“I’ve gone for middle, service and delivery were 1st class! However when I came to fit them there was a set of nuts and bolts missing, after a phone call was told they would be in the post immediately, still waiting and it’s nearly a week since.☹️”

“Phoned them to get more detail on 2 different steps for my transit custom and got concise info from the lady who answered the phone. She also sent me a video clip further clarifying my question. Steps arrived the next day. Having fitted the steps I am delighted - easy to fit, very robust, look good and make getting into my van so much easier.”

“One company overhaul that u can trust . Excellent service all round, even the quality in my side steps. What I do recommend is an extra support for the middle of the steps. If you had supplied this then u would have received the extra rating.”

“ORDER NEARLY TWO WKS LATE. TOLD IT WAS DUE TO BAD WEATHER, BUT IT WAS IN DISPATCH STAGE. CONTACTED THE CARRIER WHO SAID THEY HAD ORDER. DETAILS ONLY , NOT THE ITEM. CONTACTED TV AGAIN, THEWY SAID IT WAS IN DISPATCH!!!. FINALLY RECEIVED IT, ( 2 ITEMS DAMAGED, I CORRECTED THE DAMAGE MYSELF,) TWO WEEKS LATER THAN EXPECTED DATES GIVEN NOT IMPRESSED.”

“Prompt delivery. Product looks good but isn’t quite as shown in the pictures - the front sill guards have one end turned up. This means it lies further forward leaving a gap where the cut out is. They still look good but not flat as per the photos.”
