“Delivery was quick and I’m happy with how the side bars look. My only issue was when I received the item, the 10mm bolts provided to bolt the bars to the brackets were too short and I had to purchase additional longer bolts to help them fit. Also the holes in the brackets didn’t quite line up correctly with the threads on the bars so I had to drill additional holes in the brackets to get them to fit.”

“Order took over a week to arrive due to their chosen courier. When arrived wouldn’t fit my running bars. However the vehicle stated has, as I know now different running bars, which I say was difficult to identify on the pics on the website. Offered a return option but at my expense. Conclusion; Roof bars that don’t fit, no other option for my vehicle from TVA, out of pocket to return. An idea for prospective purchasers show measurement of the bars if more than one type.”

“order placed on 9th Feb and it is now 15th Feb and no sign of delivery yet. email comfirming dispatch gave a tracking number but not the name of courier so impossible to track”
