“The products were good, but I encountered poor service. First, the roof bars I ordered online and picked up at the depot hadn't been altered to my vehicle's specifics. Out came the hacksaw. I was very pleased when TVA agreed to replace a small plastic cover that I had lost, but it took a week to arrive using 2nd Class Special Delivery. A customer service miss.”

“Running boards for my sportage look great! Fitting was very easy though instruction could have been a bit clearer. The price was very good however when delivered the boards were not the correct boards and were too long. New boards were delivered within a couple of days but did somewhat overshadow the experience”

“After calling them and discussing the product I ordered side steps for my LR Discovery 4, they arrived a few days later. Sadly, the side steps they sent me where "pre-owned", had fitting marks on them, some dirt and rust starting on the screws underneath. I reported back to them and they acted very quickly to offer collection with full refund or replace with new. On this occasion, having seen first hand the unconventional fitting system of these side steps, which isn't apparent on the advert, I decided to just return for full refund. A good company with great service, I think I was probably unlucky in how they sent me previously returned goods that hadn't been inspected properly?”

“Another perfect experience. I ordered a new set of roof bars for my Ford Transit Custom van due to the rusty ones that came with my van. Black aerodynamic sexy looking has made my van look brand new and looks good when I turn up to my customers. I've bought other stuff before and have always been very happy with the service and delivery times. I emailed them to check that I was buying the correct fitment for my van and got a reply in around 15 seconds. 😀😀😀😀”

“Slight delay to my order but a quick message to them and my goods were put on a next day delivery and everything sorted. As for the side bars do not buy these and think you could fit them yourself, after speaking to the guys at the garage where I had mine fitted this wasn’t an easy task and these guys build cars, I’m not saying don’t buy them I’m just saying get them fitted by professionals. The side bars look and feel absolutely amazing and have set my car off brilliantly, have to say a very happy customer looks better than I expected.”

“Recommended side bars didn’t fit properly and still waiting over a week later for other bolts etc to be delivered. Really poor instructions for self fitting for something that shouldn’t be complicated”

“Purchased a set of side running boards for my Sportage nq5 and they were a great price and quite easy to install. I did have a follow up question regarding the type of bolts and received a very quick answer which enabled me to purchase some security bolts just to make them a lot more difficult to remove for the light fingered.”
