“I ordered a roof rack for my van. It was delivered with a piece missing due to courier mishap (fortunately not an integral part), but TVA made sure that the missing piece got to me quickly, with tracked delivery. I was impressed that they have WhatsApp for assistance, as it's a lot easier and quicker than email.”

“I’ve been looking around for a while for decent, affordable racking and finally came across TVA. From initial enquiry through to delivery service was excellent, with all questions answered. The racking itself was just what I wanted both in terms of quality and look. Assembly and fitting was simple enough with lots of instructions. I was also able to purchase the carpet lining @ the same time which was good quality and easy to fit. All in all a fantastic experience and glad I did my research and would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My purchase arrived sanwiched between two pieces of cardboard secured with three it's of tape no foam protection or bubble wrap. Needless to say item was split and scratched. I got the impression that you don't care at all. I shall never recommend or purchase from you again.”

“They seem quite helpful on the phone and delivered the item really quick. I read some reviews that say they are very easy to assemble but I found the whole process a real fiddle. The advice is to add a little silicone sealant to the threads but I feel this needs more than a little as the captive nut that you are securing the screws into to hold the roofer rack is not sealed in anyway as far as what comes in the kit! The plastic channel spacer seems really bad and not what I expected for a roof rack interfacing component. I thought this looked the best product out there but it is not a patch on OE equipment I have had from VW. Is this just a cheap Turkish copy of the original? I fitted it two weeks ago and it has rained but if it leaks then I will be quite upset! The duty is currently out on this VW T6 roof rack n crossbars.”

“The products were good, but I encountered poor service. First, the roof bars I ordered online and picked up at the depot hadn't been altered to my vehicle's specifics. Out came the hacksaw. I was very pleased when TVA agreed to replace a small plastic cover that I had lost, but it took a week to arrive using 2nd Class Special Delivery. A customer service miss.”
