“The parcel was left up my entry - there was a lot of scratches on roof cross bars looked like it had been fitted then taken off and sent back and there was two end brackets missing pretty poor show from a so called large organisation , comments on this with pictures were sent to yourselfs but amazingly I had no reply’s or responses . There you go !!!”

“I orginally had the wrong item delievered, but we all make mistakes but what really sits well with me is the customer service you receive to rectify the issue. I found everyone super helpful and the incorrect item was collected and the correct side steps delievered. Although I have not yet been able to get these on the car yet, they look so much nicer than the original ones, so cant wait to get them on the car.”

“So far so good with my roof rack...seems to fit ok and be sturdy. Had to ring for a bit of clarification on the instructions which are very minimal indeed but no complains so far”

“Can’t fault the service from these guys… ordered some roof rails and bars for my van and my wife’s car the best value for money out there by far! When my roof rails turned up damaged (by the courier) I sent pictures to them and pretty much away I got an email saying a return had been scheduled and replacement sent out. I’ve recommended them to everyone already.”

“Trade Van Accessories as a company no problem at all. But the brackets on my side steps are far too weak and i would not trust them to hold even half the advertised weight. On reflection I would not have purchased these side steps and looked for a more quality part.”

“I placed an order online for running boards and wind deflectors for my van. I chose to have the running boards fitted and the team were very flexible and able to accommodate my very tight timescale. When I arrived they conducted a visible check of my van for any pre existing damage before commencing the fitting. There was a comfortable waiting area, with access to drinks. The fitting was completed within the estimated time and they had even fitted the wind deflectors free of charge. I was very impressed with both the quality of the products and the workmanship of the fitters. I would highly recommend Trade Van Accessories and will definitely purchase from them again.”

“Carpet arrived covered in wood chippings. Contacted company to arrange return with no response. Returned items in same condition and packaging as sent but only partially refunded. Would not deal with this company again.”
