“There's a problem with this website. You add something to your basket, buy it, they take your money, then later you start getting emails saying you're almost there, asking you to go to your basket and finish your order! After replying twice and getting no response, I tried Facebook messenger. Just an automated response. The only option was an expensive phone call, not included in your minutes. Luckily after a few days the item was delivered but I spent the whole time thinking I'd been scammed. The same thing happened quite a while ago but I'd forgotten which company it was. Now I will remember to avoid.”
