Had difficulty paying for my purchases . Toolstore kept refusing to accept my card.

Dear Mr Pattison, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where possible. All payments that are made on our website pass through various security features in the background, and ToolStoreUK have no control over approving or declining payments as this is down to the customers card provider. This is a security feature to protect our customers and it is mandatory whenever people shop online. We can see that you did manage to place an order in the end and the goods were delivered the next day as we would expect. Thank you for choosing ToolStoreUk!

The only disappointment was not getting the delivery for 3 days when it was supposed to be for next day delivery.

Dear Mr Singh We apologize that there was a delay to you order arriving. Over the Easter Break we did advise on our website and on order confirmations that there maybe some delays to the delivery service due to the bank holiday and regrettably your parcel was affected. I ordered the product and asked and paid for next day delivery. I Waited in all day only to be advised late in the day that they would not be delivering on that day.

Dear Ronnie, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and we are sorry that your delivery did not arrive next day as expected. During the Christmas period, DPD did experience some operational delays due to the strikes and them having additional volume during that period. Our customer services team were dealing with a large number of calls and emails during this period chasing up deliveries for customers, but regrettably we didn't hear from yourself so we were not aware of your delay. I understand that you have since been in contact with us and we have resolved this matter for you. Thank you again for the feedback and for your order.

I loved the tool belt and pouch but unfortunately I was not sent the tape measure for free as stated on my delivery note/ invoice. I have sent an email but no one has responded as yet that was 3 days ago 😔

Our next working day delivery service is for all order placed before 4pm on Friday, and as your order was received after 9pm on Friday, it was then processed on Monday when our offices reopened and was delivered on Tuesday as expected.
