“The booking process was intuitive and met my needs. However the information in the booking form led me to believe that I was able book multiple journeys for the time of my booking. The post booking telephone call explaining that this was not the case put me straight. I do feel that the booking form should have some additional explanation, or if it was there already I didn't see it so it needs to be more visible/explicit.”
