“A slight hiccup on system not registering deposit had been paid initially was soon sorted following conversation with an actual "live" person, many thanks. Kept informed and updated. Wonderful informative website provides all information required.”

“This is just regards to the booking. It's all fine but I had a few problems. The " No other pick ups" was misleading as I thought it meant in addition to the ones I had already enterd and then I realised I got a quote for only one pick up. So I had to re do the form. Also, Once I had a quote I couldn't find a way of altering it without filling the whole thing in again. once I acceprted the quote I was put in touch with our car supplier which was efficient,but it came through with the wrong itinerary so I had to contact the driver and he issed me with the correct itinerary. So alls well now, and he seems nice, so fingers crossed all will be well on the day.”

“Booking was smooth but it needs to be clearer that you don’t deal with them after initial deposit is paid. I’m now stressed that if supplier fails to supply car I have no clear idea who I deal with.”

“The wedding car people were very helpful . I booked a car on line and because the wedding was less than 30 days away had to pay full price . I thought everything was sorted , I got a message to say the system had not been updated and it was already booked, much to my daughter s disappointment. I found another car and once I got my deposit back managed to book another type of car. They was very helpful when I needed advice”

“The booking process was intuitive and met my needs. However the information in the booking form led me to believe that I was able book multiple journeys for the time of my booking. The post booking telephone call explaining that this was not the case put me straight. I do feel that the booking form should have some additional explanation, or if it was there already I didn't see it so it needs to be more visible/explicit.”
