“the wedding car didn`t arrive at time stated to late to take the couple to arrive in time for wedding this isn`t a good way to start your wedding day i am very very upset i paid for service which i didnot receive”

Hi Chantelle, I'm dissappointed to recieve a negative review about our generous cancellation policy. We put a lot of work in to each and every every booking, discussing and planning the itineray to your requirements and processing the booking, we also have costs associated too, so it's only fair that we are paid for that work. We immediately refunded your reservation fee upon your request, minus our £25 admin charge, when you changed your mind due your rather already booking a vehicle for you. We understand that situations arise where a customer needs to cancel, so we have a cooling off period and many other options to help. Kind regards Charlote

“A mistake was made with the date and there was no effort to help rectify the situation considering a £100 deposit was placed. 4 months from the wedding and no attempt to solve the issue considering its such an expensive day. Gone with another company and glad.”

Hi Oliver, We’re really disappointed to see you have left us a negative review, considering we have done nothing wrong here. Unfortunately, you booked the wrong date and didn’t notice for 2 months. The car was unavailable on your actual date, if it had have been the vehicle owner would have transferred the booking for you. As The vehicle owner was within his rights to retain your deposit, particularly as the cancellation was close to the booking date and so he wouldn’t have been able to rebook it. He was generous and understanding in not seeking a further cancellation fee. I’m sorry you were dissatisfied with this, but terms and there to protect both the cusotmer and the vehicle owner. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - don't put your hopes of a perfect day in the hands of these jokers. You pay them, confirm the car comes with ribbons & when it doesn't they want anything to do with the booking or are any help at all in resolving the issue but just say we are only the booking agent, take it up with the provider! Fortunately one of the other chauffeurs we were using came to the rescue. This review has no reflection on the vehicle or the driver - they were exceptional. This review is based on the service & response we received from The Wedding Car Hire People Ltd”

“Got a quote 2 mins before booking and the car was available. Paid the deposit and then received an email to say the car was no longer available and would I look at other cars. Asked for a refund which was given however I believe if cars are unavailable you should be told before booking rather than booking and then having to chase for a refund. Wouldn’t waste time trying to book another car when the ones on the website are clearly not available.”
