“Site very easy to use and I was initially really impressed, however after I booked, which admittedly was a short notice booking...August 19th, final payment was demanded at 19.31 on a Sunday and chased within hours on the Monday, the booking hadn't even been fully confirmed.”

Hi Kerry, Thanks for your feedback. Typically, we ask for a 25% deposit at the point of booking and the balance is due 60 days of the booking. However, for short notice weddings, where the wedding date is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at the point of booking. If there is a balance outstanding and it's less than 60 days to the wedding the payment system will send out a reminder to pay. Apologies this happened to be on a Sunday evening. “The service is acceptable, even though the booking info- sent to me was wrong first? It mention swinton, i had to re send a e mail to explain not swinton but to mexborough. Will let you know more after 3rd July.”

“Mostly good booking service, but not ideal. The booking was reasonable priced and went through easily, but: 1) The information I provided on timings did not reach the car owners, who I am now having to contact again 2) Website said I could pay a deposit and the rest later, but after paying deposit I could an email reminder that the balance was due the day before I made the booking - weird!”
