“Found the car that me and my daughter were happy with and all sorted..... but sadly a couple of days later we had to be let down due to the vehicles owners retiring but fear not we were immediately offered a replacement vehicle at no extra cost even though the new vehicle offered we considered to be an upgrade. Cannot fault the service at all.”

“Site very easy to use and I was initially really impressed, however after I booked, which admittedly was a short notice booking...August 19th, final payment was demanded at 19.31 on a Sunday and chased within hours on the Monday, the booking hadn't even been fully confirmed.”

Hi Kerry, Thanks for your feedback. Typically, we ask for a 25% deposit at the point of booking and the balance is due 60 days of the booking. However, for short notice weddings, where the wedding date is within 60 days, then the full payment is due at the point of booking. If there is a balance outstanding and it's less than 60 days to the wedding the payment system will send out a reminder to pay. Apologies this happened to be on a Sunday evening. Made initial email booking having looked through cars in offer then put directly in email contact with local provider. Requirements clarified in advance and all went smoothly on the day.
