“Disappointed. Yes, they supplied a spare part, but at an enormous delivery cost - £10.00 for recorded delivery of a 200g parcel, which took 3 working days from order to delivery, instead of the promised 24 hours. Whee I enquired about repair service I was dismissed for trying to fix an old machine. Salesman then rang to 'apologise' and try to sell me a new machine. Happily, I have now fixed the old one through a bit of perseverance and research. I won't be buying from these people again.”

“I recently ordered a scanner from The Scanner Shop and it was delayed due to the courier being overwhelmed with Christmas parcels. The team at The Scanner Shop promptly responded to my emails and helped me track the location of my order. I'm not sure how large a company they are, but the service I received was akin to that of a family-run firm that valued all of its customers. Excellent company. If I ever require another scanner, then I will definitely use and recommend them.”

“Very efficient and personal service, I clicked the wrong button on ordering so I emailed and within an hour someone phoned me back and sorted my problem. They also made sure I was aware of the offer that was on the product and phoned me back again to confirm my order had gone through and arranged delivery to another address for me. I would definitely recommend this company.”
