I recently ordered a scanner from The Scanner Shop and it was delayed due to the courier being overwhelmed with Christmas parcels. The team at The Scanner Shop promptly responded to my emails and helped me track the location of my order. I'm not sure how large a company they are, but the service I received was akin to that of a family-run firm that valued all of its customers. Excellent company. If I ever require another scanner, then I will definitely use and recommend them.
