“Purchased scanner had issues downloading software was told to contact canon direct. Have chased canon for 4 weeks and spent 1.5 hours on phone and still not able to scan so back to waiting for them to contact us again. Hope it does not take another 4 weeks!!!”

“Compact and easy to use scanner. Set up was fairly simple. Documents need to be lined up very well else they are pulled through crooked with the middle roller.”

“Quick and professional turnaround. Yes, a delivery fee of about £10, but I like companies that do "exactly as they say on the tin". This product was with me via a decent courier the next day. And, it's a high-quality scanner, which is also proving very popular, the ScanSnap ix1600, but stock all good with TheScannerShop”
