“It was nice to be able to discuss my requirements with the online text service before buying as I had not used the overhead type scanner before but it has proved to be a very useful and versatile machine which is also much faster than a flatbed scanner. Excellent service and an excellent product. The software (which has to be downloaded from a Canon site) is also pretty easy to install and use.”

“Wasn't sure if the Plustek A3 scanner was compatible with Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1. so checked with customer services. They assured me it was and I placed the order. Excellent scanner. Very pleased with the quality of scans and the service and advice received. Highly recommended.”

“All your emails ended up in spam. I only discovered them when, for some reason, I went to check the spam file. I don’t find that this happens very often so I wonder if there is something about your communications which causes this to happen?”

“I was draw into the scanner shop from their advertising on eBay offering a lower price for the scanner I was looking at, I followed the advertisement to the scanner, however the price didn't include VAT or delivery but by then I was hooked, also the supplied Silverlight software was an old version which is only upgradable by paying £45. So overall I could have save abound £70 by looking elsewhere, sorry Scanner Shop but that's the reality”
