“The initial service was OK but a week or so later I was informed by email another had been sent unordered which thankfully never arrived.”

“I bought a Colortrac SmartLF SCi 25” Mono. I chose this model after extensive discussions with Daniel Atkinson in Sales who was extremely helpful. After-sales service has been good. I was able to interact with the Technical Support Dept by phone and email, which was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. I have given this review 4 stars rather than 5, only because so far I have only had a few hours using the scanner -- too soon to assess the quality of the hardware.”

“Prompt delivery of genuine spares for a Canon P-215II scanner: well packed. A feed roller and a separator. I thought they were very expensive for two very small and simple items, but they appear to work well.”

“All your emails ended up in spam. I only discovered them when, for some reason, I went to check the spam file. I don’t find that this happens very often so I wonder if there is something about your communications which causes this to happen?”

“I was draw into the scanner shop from their advertising on eBay offering a lower price for the scanner I was looking at, I followed the advertisement to the scanner, however the price didn't include VAT or delivery but by then I was hooked, also the supplied Silverlight software was an old version which is only upgradable by paying £45. So overall I could have save abound £70 by looking elsewhere, sorry Scanner Shop but that's the reality”

Hi Marek, As discussed, for overseas shipping to Africa we will send to any UK shipping company of your choice. It is then up to you to communicate with your chosen UK shipping agent.

“the scanner arrived promptly as ordered. However whilst the despatch note showed that the software had been sent this was not the case. An initial query revealed that software is not sent out straight away (despite the notification). I suggested that the procedure used was misleading and should be changed. This non-plussed the customer service responder. However the whole matter has been sorted satisfactorily by a second person, who has referred the procedural problem for rectification.”
