Disappointed. Yes, they supplied a spare part, but at an enormous delivery cost - £10.00 for recorded delivery of a 200g parcel, which took 3 working days from order to delivery, instead of the promised 24 hours. Whee I enquired about repair service I was dismissed for trying to fix an old machine. Salesman then rang to 'apologise' and try to sell me a new machine. Happily, I have now fixed the old one through a bit of perseverance and research. I won't be buying from these people again.
