“Helpful and competitive Needham mortgage centre have helped us for many years now to get the best deals, and more importantly for us, the best advice on mortgages and now also insurances. You would assume with them needing to make a cut they would be more expensive than doing it yourself but we have found that is not the case. Everybody is very efficient and professional but James Rice in particular is excellent, always friendly and patient, explains things clearly and even called us in the evening for our convenience. “100% worth the money As a first time buyer I didn't really know where to start, I contacted IPMC and was paired with Will as my adviser. We initially went through affordability on a call and Will put my mind at ease that this was the right decision for my future, he also explained all of the steps that we needed to take so I had complete faith in the process. No question was ever too silly! Will even helped me with locations as he was familiar with the areas I was looking to buy. Sadly my initial purchase fell through however as soon as I had found a new property a quick email to Will and he was on the ball straight away so it was like the process had never ended. Will was quick to respond to emails, send paperwork or call me back despite being in the midst of the pandemic. He was always super friendly and helpful. I honestly don't think I could have done the process as a first time buyer without them. I look forward to dealing with them when my fixed term is up!”

“Excellent! We have been using Stowmarket Mortgage Centre for as long as we've been on the property ladder. The friendly staff look after us and really know the mortgage market. More than that, they are so thorough in helping us move home. Will definitely use their services again.”

“I have used the services of Ipswich Mortgage Centre I have used the services of Ipswich Mortgage Centre on 2 occasions and found them extremely helpful and provide excellent advise on types and cost of mortgages available to me. “professional and friendly service for over 20 years Phil and John have sorted out our mortgage and life insurance needs for over 20 years. They have always provided excellent advice and found us amazing mortgage deals. We have bought 3 houses and had over 10 mortgages arranged by them. Professional and friendly would highly recommend, and often do to friends.”

“Excellent service! I have used Needham Mortgage Centre for years and I have always found them to be conscientious and thorough. They take the pain out of anything related to my mortgage and associated insurances. Particular thanks has to go to James Rice. He has helped me above and beyond many occasions and I cant thank him enough.”
