“First Time Buyers Being first time buyers we had little to no idea what we were doing when looking to purchase a house. We were recommended to The Mortgage Centres by a friend and used the Stowmarket office. Alison was our advisor and was very professional and a great help in advising us the type of mortgages available. After we had our mortgage approved, she also helped in setting up our insurances. I would definitely recommend TMC to anyone looking to get a mortgage.”

Iain is just amazing; professional, polite, returns calls and provides a fabulous personal service. We will continue to use them as we trust them to find us the best deal for our circumstances and I am always recommending them to friends, family and acquaintances.”

“*****Use Ipswich Mortgage Centre***** *****Use Ipswich Mortgage Centre***** I have nothing but highest praise for the way in which Ciaran Smith and Will Holden helped my partner and I secure our mortgage a couple of moths ago. Our circumstances were not straightforward at all with my partner having an adverse credit record and being self employed and an initial decline due to credit report recording. We initially approached Ipswich Mortgage Centre to make enquiries about affordability as we didn’t believe that we would be able to get a mortgage for a couple of year. Ciaran made full checks for us on affordability and to see whether we met any lender criteria Surprisingly we found that we could be in with a chance after Ciaran made enquiries for us. Will Holden got involved in our case while Ciaran was on leave after our initial mortgage application was declined due to unforeseen circumstances. A second application was submitted to another lender by Will which was successful and we have managed to buy the house we wanted. I would definitely recommend Ipswich Mortgage Centre and their staff, we recieved quick responses to any enquiries and timely advice. We will definitely be using them again when we are due to remortage. Thank you so much”

“I have used Needham mortgage centres… I have used Needham mortgage centres for around 10 years now and found them invaluable in providing helpful independent advice and what's best for my circumstances. They atre willing to meet you in your home out of office hours to be flexible. I will be using them again”

“Professional service with a personal touch:) I was very nervous when I first visited the Mortgage Centre but Liam was fantastic and made the whole process manageable and as smooth as possible. He explained all my options carefully and I felt confident and in control at every stage of the process. The Mortgage Centre is exactly the right balance between professional competence and personal service. I have recommended them to several friends and though I am now living in the house of my dreams, I will certainly use them if I move in the future!!”

“Invaluable help, very happy! Rana was invaluable with our house buying process. Not just in finding us the right mortgage - which he did, but finding and organising a good solicitor - at a good price, keeping us up to date with proceedings and then arranging life insurance and income protection. We owe a very large part of our recent and successful house purchase to Rana, and will return to him when we come to Remortgage in a few years time.”

“We have used Needham Morgage Centres… We have used Needham Morgage Centres since we bought our first house 19 years ago, they are helpful and friendly and ask what we want from the remortgage, they take the hassle out of the remortgaging and I feel reassured they are arranging our insurances through tried and tested companies.”
