“I used this mortgage centre to try and access a short-term mortgage on a flat. I had a repossession more than 25 years ago, so required information and guidance. Needham researched mortgage offers for my property and selected the one that matched my needs. The fee i paid was very reasonable for the work they put in. Very quick in getting quotes and dealing with the banks Very polite and essy to communicate with.”

“Great service from start to finish. This is the second time we used them. The first time was when we first applied for a mortgage and we didn't hesitate to use them when our fixed term came to an end and they managed to get us a good fixed rate. Recommended especially when applying for your first Mortgage as they guide you through the what seems a complicated process.”

“Overall great customer service Overall good service from Ipswich mortgage centre. Sometimes we felt they could have chased up the mortgage lender more and kept us updated as to their slow process but they were very attentive.”

“After being told by an independent mortgage advisor that I could not have a mortgage to buy my dad's council house for various reasons, I contacted Stowmarket Mortgage Centre. I spoke to a lady called Suzane Warnes and after half an hour she got me a mortgage in principle! After that, it was all plain sailing and Suzanne obtained me a mortgage through Barclays Bank at a very reasonable rate. The whole process was stress-free and Suzanne kept me up to date all the way through. I didn't have to chase her for anything - she was right on the button every time. If I had listened to the first mortgage advisor I contacted I would still be renting. So glad I contacted Stowmarket Mortgage Centre and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of going for a mortgage.”
