“We used Kenton at Ipswich Mortgage Centres for our first house purchase. Kenton and everyone were extremely helpful, patient and more than happy to answer all questions (of which there were many as a FTB). Kenton was especially patient with our multiple failed house purchases during the process. Kenton got us a great rate and overall deal in a timely fashion. We know we can count on them to get us the best rate when our fixed term is up. Would highly recommend anyone looking at mortgage brokers to use Ipswich Mortgage Centre. Thanks again!”

“The team are always super helpful. I've dealt with Kenton since 2015 when my wife and I moved into our first home, again when we moved house in 2018 and again since then on various mortgage reviews. The advice given is always simple to understand and it's refreshing to be able to have a long phone conversation with Kenton whenever we need to discuss some of these key life decisions.”

“100% worth the money As a first time buyer I didn't really know where to start, I contacted IPMC and was paired with Will as my adviser. We initially went through affordability on a call and Will put my mind at ease that this was the right decision for my future, he also explained all of the steps that we needed to take so I had complete faith in the process. No question was ever too silly! Will even helped me with locations as he was familiar with the areas I was looking to buy. Sadly my initial purchase fell through however as soon as I had found a new property a quick email to Will and he was on the ball straight away so it was like the process had never ended. Will was quick to respond to emails, send paperwork or call me back despite being in the midst of the pandemic. He was always super friendly and helpful. I honestly don't think I could have done the process as a first time buyer without them. I look forward to dealing with them when my fixed term is up!”
