100% worth the money As a first time buyer I didn't really know where to start, I contacted IPMC and was paired with Will as my adviser. We initially went through affordability on a call and Will put my mind at ease that this was the right decision for my future, he also explained all of the steps that we needed to take so I had complete faith in the process. No question was ever too silly! Will even helped me with locations as he was familiar with the areas I was looking to buy. Sadly my initial purchase fell through however as soon as I had found a new property a quick email to Will and he was on the ball straight away so it was like the process had never ended. Will was quick to respond to emails, send paperwork or call me back despite being in the midst of the pandemic. He was always super friendly and helpful. I honestly don't think I could have done the process as a first time buyer without them. I look forward to dealing with them when my fixed term is up!
