“My experience with Mortgage Centre was… My experience with Mortgage Centre was an excellent one. Graham Storey, our adviser was always very prompt, professional and kind. These decisions are very daunting, especially, that this is our first mortgage and we don't know anything about the system in the UK. Graham's explanations were always clear and I trusted him to make the best decisions for us and make the best deal on the market in the confines of our possibilities. He always responded promptly if we had a query and went that extra mile to ease our mind by calling us even after office hours if any changes happened. I would definitely recommend the company and Graham to my friends.”

“Having used John and needham mortgage… Having used John and needham mortgage centre since 2005 to handle our mortgage and life insurance needs I honestly can’t recommend them enough. They take all the hassle from the process whilst always finding us the best deal.”

“Highly recommended!! I have been dealing with John for the past 5 years re-mortgaing various properties. I could'nt recommend John and his colleages highly enough. The service has been great with everything explained in a simple and consise mannor. I have previously recommneded John to family and freinds - would do so for anyone.”

“John Pollard & Needham mortgage center! Firstly my brother used John Pollard from Needham market mortgage center who then recommended him to myself! John was fantastic as being a first time buyer I was very clueless as to what to do! John went through everything simply and in way that even I could understand! Will continue to use in the future, thanks again.”

“I can't recommend Needham Mortgage… I can't recommend Needham Mortgage Centre enough, and in particular James Rice. James has helped me arrange my mortgage deals over the past 10 years and is knowledgeable, helpful and super efficient. He has always made the potentially painful process an absolute breeze. I wouldn't use anyone else!”

“Exceptional I have dealt with John Pollard at the Leiston office for several years now and he has always provided an exceptional service. John is very straight-talking and makes things very easy to understand, without any needless waffle. He has also fully understood my mortgage wants and needs every time. “Professional service with a personal touch:) I was very nervous when I first visited the Mortgage Centre but Liam was fantastic and made the whole process manageable and as smooth as possible. He explained all my options carefully and I felt confident and in control at every stage of the process. The Mortgage Centre is exactly the right balance between professional competence and personal service. I have recommended them to several friends and though I am now living in the house of my dreams, I will certainly use them if I move in the future!!”

“We have used Needham Morgage Centres… We have used Needham Morgage Centres since we bought our first house 19 years ago, they are helpful and friendly and ask what we want from the remortgage, they take the hassle out of the remortgaging and I feel reassured they are arranging our insurances through tried and tested companies.”

“Absolutely superb service. We went to The Mortgage Centre for help after we had a really bad experience trying to get a mortgage for a house under the shared ownership scheme. Without guidance we were unable to complete the purchase of this first house. The second time we went to see Liam at the Sudbury branch and without a doubt it was the best money I've ever spent (and Ive bought a Dyson Cordless!). Getting the mortgage was a breeze and Liam did most of the paperwork for us. It was well worth the money for that alone! We will definitely be going back to The Sudbury Mortgage Centre when it comes to re-negotiating our mortgage in a few years. I give them 5* without hesitation.”

“Mortgage Centre John I can say John at the Needham office is very attentive and very professional. Everything complicated about a mortgage is unpicked and explained and I know I have the best deal. No need to shop around, use the Mortgage Centre.”

“Faultless from the very first moment Faultless from the very first moment all the way until the end and beyond. Explained everything very well so that we understood exactly what we were getting and made the whole process as frictionless as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone!
