“Helpful and competitive Needham mortgage centre have helped us for many years now to get the best deals, and more importantly for us, the best advice on mortgages and now also insurances. You would assume with them needing to make a cut they would be more expensive than doing it yourself but we have found that is not the case. Everybody is very efficient and professional but James Rice in particular is excellent, always friendly and patient, explains things clearly and even called us in the evening for our convenience. Thanks, Craig & Debbie H.”

“Amazing Needham Mortgage Centre I am a BIG fan of Needham Morgage centre. For many years John Pollard has helped me to find the best deals out there, often when nobody else came close! A trusted and dedicated team make it all very easy to review your current deals and change. By far the best mortgage review company in the east!”

“Invaluable help, very happy! Rana was invaluable with our house buying process. Not just in finding us the right mortgage - which he did, but finding and organising a good solicitor - at a good price, keeping us up to date with proceedings and then arranging life insurance and income protection. We owe a very large part of our recent and successful house purchase to Rana, and will return to him when we come to Remortgage in a few years time.”

“First rate service I used the Needham Mortgage Centre for a recent purchase and would highly recommend them. John Pollard gave first rate service above and beyond just recommending a mortgage. “Excellent service as always! My partner and I have used William Holden at the Ipswich Mortgage Centre twice now and our experience has been fantastic. Having got both residential and buy-to-let mortgages thought them, we also had some very tricky requirements at times which I sometimes though would lead to a dead end, but Will always found a way around the problem. Responses were so quick and as soon as we needed something doing, they were so pro-active and would be working on it right away, best £295 we've ever spent!”

“Kenton - Ipswich Mortgage Centre I had no idea what I was doing, where to start or how to go about beginning the process of buying my own house and being a single mum made it all the more daunting. Kenton my mortgage advisor was really helpful made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. He was always on the end of the phone ready to answer any questions and put me at ease about what terms meant and what should be happening at any stage. He offered me impartial but clear advice in difficult situations, making it easier for me to make an informed decision. I would definitely and highly recommend Kenton and the Ipswich Mortgage Centre. I will be going back when its time for me to remortgage with no doubts.”

“Excellent service! I have used Needham Mortgage Centre for years and I have always found them to be conscientious and thorough. They take the pain out of anything related to my mortgage and associated insurances. Particular thanks has to go to James Rice. He has helped me above and beyond many occasions and I cant thank him enough.”

“The Ipswich Mortgage Centre, I'd highly recommend them. After enquirying about an investment purchase with the Ipswich Mortgage Centre, Kenton Sanders dealt with my case, he was extremely good, professional and exceeded my expectations. I had previously seen a few other mortgage brokers, who were pretty much next to useless and were unable to help me, I spoke and met with Kenton and he arranged and finalised a mortgage and kept me up to date with the progress, he communicated efficiently during the process and will definitely be using his services again. “First Time Buyers Being first time buyers we had little to no idea what we were doing when looking to purchase a house. We were recommended to The Mortgage Centres by a friend and used the Stowmarket office. Alison was our advisor and was very professional and a great help in advising us the type of mortgages available. After we had our mortgage approved, she also helped in setting up our insurances. I would definitely recommend TMC to anyone looking to get a mortgage.”

“Ipswich Mortgage Advisors review I was recommended these mortgage advisors through the estate agent I was buying through and had an overall positive and good experience in using them. Mortgage quotes and advice were spot on, and the person assigned to me was extremely helpful in all the advice given, not just on mortgages but in other areas also. Would recommend.”
