“Absolutely superb service. We went to The Mortgage Centre for help after we had a really bad experience trying to get a mortgage for a house under the shared ownership scheme. Without guidance we were unable to complete the purchase of this first house. The second time we went to see Liam at the Sudbury branch and without a doubt it was the best money I've ever spent (and Ive bought a Dyson Cordless!). Getting the mortgage was a breeze and Liam did most of the paperwork for us. It was well worth the money for that alone! We will definitely be going back to The Sudbury Mortgage Centre when it comes to re-negotiating our mortgage in a few years. I give them 5* without hesitation.”

“Mortgage Centre John I can say John at the Needham office is very attentive and very professional. Everything complicated about a mortgage is unpicked and explained and I know I have the best deal. No need to shop around, use the Mortgage Centre.”

“Faultless from the very first moment Faultless from the very first moment all the way until the end and beyond. Explained everything very well so that we understood exactly what we were getting and made the whole process as frictionless as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone! “James is great! We have just completed a remortgage with James Rice at Needham ctr. This was the second time we worked with him. He is always so efficient and professional. It was a tricky process due to personal circumstances but James guided us through and advised and supported us. We will continue use James in future and have recommended him to friends and family repeatedly.”

“Ipswich Mortgage Centre Ipswich Mortgage Centre We were recommended the Ipswich Mortgage Centre by friends and they didn't dissappoint. We were appointed Graham Storey as our advisor who was constantly making himself available for us, even on weekends and outside his normal office hours, for questions, progress our mortgage applications and generally support us in any way possible. I would happily recommend using Ipswich Mortgage Centre, and have several times since using them.”

“Great service start to finish. Thanks Suzanne. We have dealt with Suzanne Warnes on multiple occasions now and have always been more than satisfied with the sevices provided. A process which can sometimes be highly stressful was made to feel a lot simpler due to Suzannes clear explanations, constant updates and vast knowledge of products and the procedures. “Thank you for a very professional service. We approached Sudbury Mortgage Centre to assist us with purchasing our second home. We spoke with Liam, who was very helpful and made the whole process painless. He kept us updated regularly and provided us with his professional opinion. We would highly recommend him and the Centre, to anyone looking to take out a mortgage. We will be using them again in 2018 to support us in finding and renewing our mortgage plan. “*****Use Ipswich Mortgage Centre***** *****Use Ipswich Mortgage Centre***** I have nothing but highest praise for the way in which Ciaran Smith and Will Holden helped my partner and I secure our mortgage a couple of moths ago. Our circumstances were not straightforward at all with my partner having an adverse credit record and being self employed and an initial decline due to credit report recording. We initially approached Ipswich Mortgage Centre to make enquiries about affordability as we didn’t believe that we would be able to get a mortgage for a couple of year. Ciaran made full checks for us on affordability and to see whether we met any lender criteria Surprisingly we found that we could be in with a chance after Ciaran made enquiries for us. Will Holden got involved in our case while Ciaran was on leave after our initial mortgage application was declined due to unforeseen circumstances. A second application was submitted to another lender by Will which was successful and we have managed to buy the house we wanted. I would definitely recommend Ipswich Mortgage Centre and their staff, we recieved quick responses to any enquiries and timely advice. We will definitely be using them again when we are due to remortage. Thank you so much”

“Me and my wife brought our first house … Me and my wife brought our first house last yr after years of being with housing association. You were recommended to us by a family member and they were right. As you know buying your first property is always going to be a bit scary but after talking to Liam Ramsey he made us felt so relaxed and less nervous. The whole process was explained to us so well and easy to understand. We never felt pressured into anything we didn’t understand. The whole process went through smoothly and quick. I would definitely recommend the Sudbury and Needham Market mortgage centres for buying a home they are so helpful.”
