“There is no real “updates” all spam mail. Asking for identification when you have given me no faith or trust in you. Would like to cancel you and go with someone else but this is impossible to do. Really disappointed”

“The claims guy legal are still continuing with my claim even though I have sent emails to cancel my claim to the cancellation email and sending an email to the hello email with no response back in August you send them emails and get no reply’s. The only emails you get is what they are doing next. they don’t reply to your emails have proof of cancellation emails if it goes an further very poor company really feel like being scammed. Still no conformation of my claim being shut down”

“So far they have done very little other than sending the same email over and over again! They never reply and to be honest I don’t know where my claims are!! As they only seem to concentrate on one lender and now after the decision from the court and by the time they take there cut and also the expenses they can claim on what is left then I honestly would not have bothered! So far it has cost me more than i have got back!”

“Terrible service I have told them twice that me and my husband have put through two different claims for the same car. I did not know he had done, and the same with me. It's absolutely ridiculous that they won't accept one cancellation. What the point in having two claims for one car it seems to me they are only in it for the money. I also have asked them to send me a copy of my signature and a copy of my license that I provided them with, which is untrue as I would not put any of my details on the internet.”

Dear Donna, Thank you for your review. Please note that we may accept a claim only from the person who holds the Car Finance agreement. A lender will not proceed with any claim where an applicant is not named on said agreement. If a Cancellation Request has been submitted, it will be processed but we do require a separate Cancellation Request from any party who holds a separate accoune from you. In order to proceed with a claim, we may also request additional personal information; this is due to lender requests and the information received is only used for this purpose. As you have indicated that you no longer wish to proceed with our services, and have contacted us regarding thsi previously, we have passed a request to the relevant department to review your account and they will subsequently provide you with contact.
