“Never heard from a human on the phone for ages. I dont even know how to contact us guys all I get is emails emails. Not great folks even a call once every few mths would be better than just constant emails”

“I have repeatedly told this company that it does not act on my behalf and to stop contacting car furnace companies . It has ignored all correspondence and continues to contact them. I will now be lodging a formal complaint with the FCA.”

“i told you to stop this claim process almost immediately but you have ignored this request”

“I’ve cancelled their service within the 14 days , sent an email to cancel, that bounced back , I’ve also sent by post , their cancellation form from their website to cancel service as I’ve realised I didn’t have a loan on any vehicle, I’m now being pestered with emails of their progress , I’m not interested, easy to enrol but not as easy to cancel , and that’s using their forms and email. Beware.”

“I haven’t asked The Claims Guys to pursue any claims on my behalf as I’m already doing it myself. I was cold called and now, despite numerous emails stating that I do not wish to use their service, they still continue to harass me with constant emails telling me that they have started my claims. All this despite the fact that I haven’t provided my signature of authorisation.”
