The claims firm is brilliant. I was able to start my claim in 60 seconds! They then kept me updated each pf the way and were super easy to contact throughout. Highly recommend checking to see if you have a claim!

Yet to receive the money after giving my bank details multiple times now. They take 40% so you would think they would try not to upset their customers.

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your contact. If your Bank Account details have been received, your payment will be with you within 7 days from the date of submission. If you remain in the position of not having received your payment, and if more than 7 days have elapsed, please issue a query to us via E-mail at Tax@theclaimsguyslegal.com so that we may investigate further. Thieving scum . I have emailed over 10 times. Recieved my p800 from HMRC over 4 weeks ago and still not refund ! Avoid at all costs and use another company that don't steal your money. AVOID.

Dear Reece, thank you for your review. You may have received a P800 from HMRC which advises that you are due a tax refund. HMRC make payment to us via cheque and it can take up to 21 days for these cheques to reach us once they are released. Once a cheque is received, we must process this and deposit it in the bank for it to clear prior to making payment to you; cheque clearance can take up to 3 working days. We provided information about our claims process and payment timescales on the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website: https://theclaimsguyslegal.com/faq/ If you have contacted us more than five working days ago but not yet received a refund, please issue a copy of your P800 form and your query to our Compliance department at complaints@theclaimsguyslegal.com so that we may investigate further. You are a disgrace. You said PPI tax but no you're trying to con me out of me income tax. 48% plus fee. Shame in you. You do not deserve any stars at all.

If a potential customer does not see the value in our fee, they are under no obligation to proceed with our services. The documentation we provide fully breaks down the service which we offer to you. You fill out the forms and then hear nothing! They con you into allowing them to have any cheque from the gov to be paid to them. Completely ridiculous and I warn anyone not to use them! Claim yourself And don’t get conned please

Been waiting four weeks since had invoice saying would recieve my payment in 7 days and still no payment really poor. Sent numerous emails with no response don't use this company.

Still awaiting my compensation, but the service from The Claims Guys is good... Fees taken seem high but they do all the work so it is expected. Claim was made on the 5th September and was only suppose to be 7 days to receive compensation amount, now the 20th and still nothing.
