“Sam was amazing! Context: We tasked him with a near-impossible task and extremely short deadline to order some company 'swag' for our organisation's event. Sam was professional, and diligent and looked for every solution for our items to arrive in time. Sam's communication not only with me but the suppliers/couriers etc. was above and beyond what you would expect and we are very thankful for his help! “We contacted The Branded Company with an urgent request for some items for a convention we were attending. Their sales manager Dan Biggins got back to us straight away with a quotation for our requirements and ensured us that they could deliver our products on time. They did exactly that, delivery of 200 Branded bottles were received within 5 working days of our order/art work sign off. The bottles are really good quality and the art work came out really well. We will definitely order from them again and big thank you to Dan for sorting it so fast for us.”

“A very positive and straightforward experience! I recently got in touch Steve for a rather short-notice order on a few items - my colleague had previously liaised with him and suggested I reach out. Steve replied promptly and was super helpful in sharing the information I needed, from the initial quotes and timeframes to sending artwork through for review, and also updating me each time the item was in production and when it would be delivered. The items arrived in time and looked great! :)”

“I placed a query online and within a matter of minutes Dan Biggins was on hand to help me with an order of 500 branded stress balls with a 3-day turnover. The turnover was a testament to the Dan's dedication and expertise. His communcation was immaculate throughout the whole proccess and i had comeplete trust in Dan to deliver these in time.
