A very positive and straightforward experience! I recently got in touch Steve for a rather short-notice order on a few items - my colleague had previously liaised with him and suggested I reach out. Steve replied promptly and was super helpful in sharing the information I needed, from the initial quotes and timeframes to sending artwork through for review, and also updating me each time the item was in production and when it would be delivered. The items arrived in time and looked great! :)
