Rug arrived after multiple cancelled delivery dates by the delivery firm. Rug also arrived marked. I did tell customer services but the response was thanks for letting us know. Not great all in all.

Rugs are not bad, colours are bit dull but design is quite clear, though I have not used it yet. I ordered both the sizes, a rectangle shape and circle but both have delivered as rectangles shape.

One rug was lovely. The other was a totally different colour to what was on screen. I have emailed to send it back and not had a response for days now. Please reply to my email to arrange a return, as promised. Thanks.

Disappointed with this rug both ends will not lie flat I have put weights on it and I have double sided tape on to try to lie it flat I will be taking it up as I am afraid of tripping on it as I am in my late 77 years I feel the problem is they are rolled up tight and when undone they are curled at the ends and nothing will keep it flat

The rug arrived promptly. However it is the wrong colour for you room. I have been trying to return this and been in email contact. I was offered a discount to keep it but I want to return and a refund, but as yet waiting a response.

Got an order confirmation, got confirmation from the delivery company that my order was due to be picked up. Over a week later, no more updates and no delivery came. The Rugs blamed the delivery company, the delivery company said the order was never given to them in the first place. The only good thing I can say is that they refunded me fairly quickly (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Was very disappointed as it was a nice design at a good price. It’s currently still available but now at a much higher price so I won’t bother trying again.

My rigs came and I was truly disappointed with the quality of these rugs ,I know they were cheap and they look cheap also ,so sorry 😞 OK for a door mat but that's all

Quality of the rug is very poor. Not very happy with purchase but since already in use probably won’t be able to send back. Very unhappy

We purchased this rug a few weeks ago, and we followed the instructions, and the rug seemed to be ok. Over the last few days, wrinkles have appeared and despite putting weights on it, or hoovering it, standing and walking on it, the wrinkles won't disappear. We are very disappointed.

The rug doesn’t lay flat… the edges turn up. Emailed my dissatisfaction to customer service with photos, was told this is normal!

Very disappointed. Not what it looked like on the site. Too much trouble to return. No delivery note to return.
