“Excellent prices and service. On delivery, I reported a damaged (but still useable) sleeper and was offered a generous discount by a very helpful staff member. Very happy with the outcome.”

“We had a delivery to Devon for an item we couldn't fine elsewhere. Always a bit nervous on how reliable that would be, we were delighted that it arrived within the 5 working days, as promised. Your telephone team were also very helpful when we rang to check a couple of things before and after ordering. We'd definitely use your company again. Thanks!”

“Very good service. I bought Melcourt back among other things at a price that was slightly more than 50% the amount I would have paid at a local garden centre. So I saved about £50 on the bark alone. Delivery was prompt. I didn't even realise they'd been until I got the delivered email. Puzzled I went outside and there they all were, stacked up neatly on my dirveway.”

“Ordered four packs of bamboo sticks of different sizes.Quality appears to be good. The price was very good even allowing for the delivery cost which was quite high due to my location relative to their premises. The goods were well packaged.I had a problem with delivery as I had ordered two packs of ten of one size but only one came initially.After a couple of telephone calls Jess resolved the problem by ordering another pack which I received within a couple of days.”

“The products are excellent, cannot fault. But when you pay for the 1-3 day delivery, and arrives 5 days later, not good, especially as tried to use all the tricks in the book as in must be the carrier. This is not true, tickets had been printed, but no goods sent for 2 days, this was found out after phoning each day and getting different response. Lastly was told one pallet had not been picked up on 3rd day, so had part refund on postage. They need to sort and not try and save money on postage, as then would not upset customers”

“The description on the website states these panels were suitable for animals. When they arrived, a panel was damaged. These panels unfortunately don't match the description and would injure any dog or animal putting their feet up on top of the panel. On requesting a refund I've been charged a collection fee and no refund of the delivery charge, both of which are expensive.”
